Co-founder of OneLeap, and a senior strategy adviser, Hamish has experience ranging from law and diplomacy to international trade negotiations, representing New Zealand in China and Geneva. He has advised a start-up company and had varied public relations experience. He has also founded and led several non-profit projects, relating to social enterprise and human rights, including stirrlondon. A Gates Cambridge Scholar, he holds an MBA, Distinction.

She is chair and co-founder of Mothers for All, which teaches entrepreneurship skills to AIDS orphan caregivers, ambassador for the Access to Medicine Index and co-founder of stirrlondon. She has written an acclaimed book, and worked in energy and pharma. A Gates Cambridge Scholar, she has a BSc Bioinformatics and an MPhil Bioscience Enterprise, Distinction.

Co-founder of OneLeap, Damien is General Manager of the Williams Technology Centre in Qatar where he is setting up the first stand-alone Formula One technology commercialisation centre. He has also held responsibilities with Williams F1 in sponsorship acquisition, and environmental and online strategy. Previously, he founded and ran an IT consultancy. He holds a first class honours degree in applied physics. He is a trustee and co-founder of Mothers for All.

Tom brings deep technical expertise, having gained broad experience in web software development in a number of industries. Most recently, Tom worked with Real TSP, an innovative e-Commerce start-up where he ran the technology department and led the development of core products, and TripAdvisor. He holds a BSc with distinction in Software Engineering.
