A surgeon, with extensive experience in business strategy and transactions, focussed towards life sciences, healthcare, medical technology and pharmaceuticals.

I have a specific interest in venture capital and start up businesses, with experience of managing several businesses of my own and in establishing, stabilising and growing start up ventures funded with private equity.

I have worked in Government, for private equity, NHS Trusts, Primary Care Trusts and for multinational corporations advising on commercial strategies, transactions (buy side and sell side), market entry and product development.

I have an entreprenuerial background, speak Swahili, Hindi and Punjabi and am particularly interested in education and business development opportunities in Africa and The Middle East.
