About OneLeap

OneLeap is the world's first "attention market", powered by philanthropy. It enables you to create high quality business and professional connections, while helping charities you love. Anyone who signs up to OneLeap can send a “special delivery” message to any other OneLeap user - if they put down a fee. The fee tells the user receiving a message that the sender is serious. And when they reply, the fee goes to their charity (less our 20% commission).

We created OneLeap because we believe that great ideas deserve attention regardless of whose they are. The web has flattened the world, but the noise has also made it hard to get high quality attention and hard to discover high quality ideas and innovations.

How it Works

Once you’ve signed up to OneLeap you can send a 400 word message to any other OneLeap user - provided you put down the fee set by the user. You get a guaranteed response in 10 days or 100% refund. Anyone can signup to OneLeap, to send and receive messages. When you sign up you post a profile (you can easily import this from LinkedIn), set a fee that other users need to put down to contact you, and chose the charity to benefit from fees paid to contact you. You also choose the maximum number of messages you want to receive each month. You get better messages. You send better messages. And you help causes you care about.

How to Use it

We wanted to share some of the smart tricks and tips from users who’re getting the most out of OneLeap. If you’re looking for people to contact you can browse our “Global Address Book” by name, company or interest as soon as you’ve created an account. If you find people you want to contact - but just not right now - you can add them to your Wishlist. To make sure OneLeap helps you prioritise incoming messages, you can display your OneLeap profile as a contact option on your professional networks or put an auto-response on your email.

Who Uses OneLeap

OneLeap helps anyone who needs to make good contacts with busy people. And anyone who’s busy and needs to be selectively open to great and relevant ideas and talent from serious people: anyone who needs to prioritise good messages from the timewasters in their inbox. Most of us need some of both. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a young professional going places, in business development, job-hunting, a busy decision-maker or a big wig looking for the next big thing.
